This SIX week, online course can help you learn how to leverage existing habits and routines and help you identify ways you can chose self-care activities that you enjoy, and help to combat feelings of stress.

Here’s What You’ll Learn

Week 1

Learn about Physical Rest and Habit Stacking. You will develop a list of self-care activities to establish short and long term goals.

Week 2

Learn about Emotional Rest and Resiliency. You will be provided tools that will help you navigate challenges that help you remain emotionally healthy.

Week 3

Learn about Creative Rest and how to initiate setting boundaries that lead to positive and healthier outcomes.

Week 4

Learn about Spiritual Rest and self-compassion techniques that help to re-write old stories that you have told yourself about your value and worth.

Week 5

Learn about Sensory Rest and goal setting so that you can maintain your self-care practice.

Week 6

In our final week, you will have developed a morning and evening self-care routine, have a list of additional self-care practices you can add/substitute over time as well as a long term goal setting.

We will share success stories together in our private Facebook Group each week.

Who's this class for?

This course is intended for anyone who is struggling to take care of themselves through self-care because you feel guilty, like you have no time, you find change challenging, you don't know how to set boundaries or have had negative experiences in the past and are avoiding any situation that you think may create conflict.

What's the time commitment?

The course itself is 3-4 hours, broken into weekly 30-minute self-discovery activities that you will receive by email. When you sign up for the course, you'll also be encouraged to join a private Facebook Group where I offer a 60-minute LIVE discussion, answer questions and support each of you. Additional resources will also be provided within the Facebook Group like meditations, journaling sessions, and encouragement.
